This website, gsy-studio.com, is operated by Guernsey AI Limited, a company registered in the Bailiwick of Guernsey (company registration number CMP76229), trading as “GSY Studio” (“GSY Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The website is for information only

This website is provided for general information about GSY Studio and our services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, quote or contract. Any pricing, plans or descriptions shown — including our free-build offer and monthly plans — are indicative and may change without notice.

Any work we carry out for you, and the specific terms, prices and services that apply, will be set out in a separate written agreement between you (or your business) and GSY Studio. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement takes precedence for that work.

3. Our services, in brief

GSY Studio designs and builds websites for businesses. In outline, we build a website first, and you only pay an ongoing monthly fee to keep it live, hosted and maintained if you decide to go ahead. Current plans and what they include are shown on our Pricing page and are confirmed in your separate agreement with us. This summary does not itself create any obligation to provide services.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, branding, text, graphics and code of this website are owned by or licensed to GSY Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference, but you may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of it without our permission.

Examples of work shown on this site are presented for illustration. Those websites, brands, logos and content belong to the respective clients or their owners, and are shown with the aim of demonstrating our work, not to claim ownership of them.

5. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• use the site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other malicious or harmful material; or

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website, are governed by the law of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The courts of Guernsey will have jurisdiction, although this does not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have where you are based.
